Hi, I’m Tiffany.
I was born and raised in southern California. I relocated to the greater Los Angeles area after spending over 9 years living in San Francisco. I left a corporate career to be a writer and yoga teacher. I am a community advocate who creates safe spaces and platforms for people to connect to each other, themselves and the world around them. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Depth Psychology with an emphasis on Community, Liberation, Indigenous and Eco-Psychologies.
I have over 500 hours of training as yoga teacher and over 10 years of practice. My lineage of study and practice is based in heavily based in Bhakti, Ashtanga, Ivengar, Hatha and Tantric yoga. The style I teach infuses a vinyasa based flow with guided meditation and aspects of sound healing.
I’ve been blessed to have learned from deep life experiences. They have enabled me to connect with the heart behind my work. This has come not only by adding stamps to my physical passport, but to the one within as well.
I am using this platform to share my work, offer information on holistic health and alternative approaches to life perspectives, as well as environmental and social justice. Feel free to contact me with any questions or inquiries.
With Warmth,
Tiffany Raether
